- Types Of Human Trafficking -

SEX TRAFFICKING:

The most common form of Human Trafficking is sexual exploitation (79%). Most of the victims of sexual exploitation are women being 98% and 2% men. Sex trafficking is the action of traffickers using force, fraud, threat or manipulation to lure victims and force them into sexual exploitation. Victims that go through sexual exploitation or any type of human trafficking end up going through psychosocial, emotional or physical trauma, it effects both victims and traffickers for life.

LABOUR TRAFFICKING:

The second most common form of Human Trafficking is Labour Trafficking (18%), an estimation of 25 million people are victims of forced labour, which 60% of the victims are men and 40% are women. Labour trafficking is the action of a trafficker using force, fraud or coercion on a victim for a task to be done by them. Labour Trafficking could be in a form of Debt Bondage, Forced Labour or Involuntary Child Labour.
